Civil engineer
He studied at the liceo classico (high school) “F. Petrarca” of Arezzo and he graduated in Civil Engeneering – transportation section, at the University of Pisa in 1973. In the same year he passed the state examination for the qualification to the profession of engineer and he was enrolled in the Roll and Register of engineers of Arezzo. He taught for more than twenty years (with 4 teaching qualifications) topography, technical drawing, construction technology at the Istituto Tecnico per Geometri (surveyors technical institute) of Arezzo; he was teacher at the refreshment course for traffic officers for the municipalities association of East Valdichiana (building and city planning section). He is enrolled in expert consultants list as: - Tester of reinforced concrete and metallic structures (Roll and Register of engineers of Arezzo) - Professional with requirements for fire resistant planning (Legge 818/84 - D.M. Ministro Interno 08.03.1985) - Tester of public buildings for the region of Tuscany - Technical consultant for the Court of Arezzo - He was member of several committees: Committee for the tender “new construction site of Foiano Carnival”; Board for the regional regulatory problems of the regional federation of Roll and Register of engineers (Tuscany); Building board of the municipalities of Monte San Savino, Capolona ,Subbiano, Castiglion Fiorentino; Urban planning board of the municipalities of Loro Ciuffenna, Cortona; Integrated building board of the municipalities of Cortona, Loro Ciuffenna, Foiano, Lucignano; He was director (D.P.R. 333/1990) of the technical office of the municipality of Cortona. He attended many refreshment courses, among which: - conservation and reinforcement of historical and monumental buildings - Project and construction site for the reinforcement of historical buildings - Coordinator for the safety in construction sites - project and realization (D. Lgs. 494/96). He is actual member of “Accademia Etrusca” (Etruscan academy) of Cortona. He was president of Rotary Club Cortona Valdichiana in 2006/2007.

Marco Mancini
Architect Ph.D. in Architecture - Design
As freelancer his topics are architecture and construction industry, industrial design and graphics. In the building industry, in addition to the residential field, he projected wineries, medical clinic, and worked in pilot projects about advanced structures for masonry vault safety in prestigious properties (Town Hall of Cecina and Imola, Anime Salve church at L’ Aquila), published in the Engineers Bulletin of Tuscany. He deals with outfittings and temporary installations for international exhibitions (Pitti Immagine, Florence). He designed integrated systems for the safety of artifacts in emergency conditions: on this matter he owns three patents (with other colleagues) and he was lecturer in conferences (i-Rec Information and Research on Reconstruction – Florence). Graduated cum laude and “Cultore della materia” (Honorary fellowship), he is Professor on contract and carries out teaching and academic research since 2005, at DesignCampus (University of Florence, School of Architecture, Degree and Master Degree in Industrial Design) in the topics: innovation theory, technological innovation, industrial design, planning; he was lecturer at the Interior Design Master (University of Florence) and in 2016 he ran the course “Innovation in design” at the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanking, China. He partecipates in inter-departmental research projects which involve local and international enterprises; he worked as “Design and innovation expert consultant” for enterprises in regional projects and for industry association. He is a jazz pianist and composer enrolled in SIAE.

Carlo Mancini
Civil Engineer
He studied at the liceo classico (high school) “L. Signorelli” of Cortona and he graduated (master degree) in Civil Engeneering – structure section , at the University of Florence in 2014. In the following year he passed the state examination for the qualification to the profession of engineer and he was enrolled in the Roll and Register of engineers of Arezzo. He did an internship at the A&I Progetti office in Florence and later at the wind tunnel of the C.R.I.A.C.I.V. in Prato. His master degree thesis was about “The tensile roof structure of the EXPO Milano 2015: experimental tests in the wind tunnel and numerical analysis of the dynamic reaction”. As freelancer is topics are Structural engeneering (wood, steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, seismic engeneering, wind), thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and real estate evaluation. During his professional activity he planned and directed work for new structures, restorations, reinforcements, improvements of energetic performance of buildings. He is an advanced rescue volunteer in the Italian Red Cross.
